A shelfie can tell a lot about a person – check out Brooke’s shelfie below to see what she’s using regularly for her skin and hair care this season!

Jo Malone body cream in cardamom mimosa scent

Diptyque satin oil for hair and skin: Diptyque is not just for candles! Diptyque has this fantastic, richly scented, beautifully moisturizing oil for hair and skin. We love to mix it with the OUAI rose hair and body oil for a super luxurious, silky, gorgeous smelling moisturizer before a date night out. Pro tip: hair and body oils can also be used in the bathtub to scent your bath and provide moisture.

OUAI wave spray: an absolute necessity! The smell is great and this gives amazing beachy wave to our stick straight tresses.

Favorite fall/winter fragrances: Thierry Mugler Angel, Jo Malone Peony and Blush Suede and Chanel Allure

L’Oreal Micellar Water: love this for taking makeup off and providing moisture after cleansing. Pro tip: Grab an inexpensive spray bottle on Amazon and use it to spritz micellar water throughout the day to maintain a dewy glow.

Pixi Peel pads: One of both Lauren and my favorite peel products! Gentle enough not to be abrasive or irritating but effective enough to keep our skin nicely exfoliated and fresh. I like to use one pad for my facial skin, one pad for my chest and neck and another to swipe across the backs of my hands. I find that using these once weekly is just enough for my skin type.

SkinCeuticals Phyto Corrective Mask: I’ve been using this as an overnight mask 1-2 times a week to lock in moisture and calm the skin. It’s super lightweight and feels great going on — and it goes on clear, not green!

Kiehls Ultra Facial Moisturizer with SPF 30: This is a light moisturizer with SPF, perfect for everyday. Not super hydrating but it’s definitely a great, light, non-irritating SPF option.

NeoCutis Micro Firm: I’ve been using this for a few weeks now to tighten up my neck and decolletage! Feels super luxurious – I’ll have a full review coming soon for this Fall Wish List product!

Dove deodorant: because who wants to sweat, stink or have irritated armpits??

SkinCeuticals CE Ferulic and HA Intensifier Serums: For Fall and Winter I like to mix 4 drops Ferulic to 2 drops HA and apply first thing to my face and neck after cleansing in the morning. This protects against free radicals and chemicals in the air, and the HA (hyaluronic acid) is amazing for moisturizing.

Kiehls Cactus Flower Hydrating Facial Mist: Seeing a pattern of hydration here? We live in Minnesota where it gets dry so early in the season. I like to spritz right out of the shower, right before bed, on airplanes, before dinner, in the car, on walks…you get the point 🙂 Oh, and did I mention it smells amazing? (it really does!)

Dr. Jart+ Ceramidin Cream: This is a newer product for us and we picked it up at Sephora as we’re always on the look out for light feeling but super hydrating products. Full review coming soon but I’ve been using this over my Kiehls SPF in the morning for a deeper punch of hydration.

Drunk Elephant TLC Sukari Baby Facial: We know you’ve been seeing this brand everywhere and we are totally drinking the kool-aid! Packed full of gentle acids, I use this 20 minute facial once a week to gently resurface and brighten my skin. The day after using, our skin is noticeably softer for sure, and our brown spots keep getting lighter. This product may be a touch irritating for super sensitive skin types – so if you try, I recommend washing off after 5 minutes to start and see how your skin responds! It tingles a bit after application.

Kiehls Deep Moisture Balm: Obviously the theme of this post should be “moisturizers on our #shelfie!”. I like to use this balm for my most stubborn dry areas. For me, that’s in between the brows and the forehead. I’ve even used this on cuticles overnight. It’s a work horse — amazing ingredients, no fluff, not a ton of fragrance.

Labello chapstick! My absolute worldwide favorite! The same product is marketed as Nivea in the US but I always like to get the “original” straight from overseas and I’m dying over the ‘fruity shine’ flavors. Thank goodness our sister Carly is in Israel right now to bring some home for me.

Mizon Hyaluronic Acid Hydrating Serum: I’ve been using this as a nighttime serum for several months now, maybe 3-4 times a week. It contains 76% hyaluronic acid, which is super moisturizing. Like all serums (remember our ‘thin to thick’ post?), you’ll want to apply this to your clean, dry face and layer on your thicker moisturizers after.

CeraVe PM Lotion: If we could bring one moisturizer with us on a deserted island, this would be it!! Ceramides, Niacinamide and Hyaluronic Acid make this the absolute best over the counter beauty find — according to us! It’s perfect for year round use (add SPF if you’re using in the AM!) and use nightly.

CeraVe Body Cream is equally as fantastic and we always apply a layer to our hands, knees and elbows before bed.
