Hi! 👋🏻 Some of you are new to ‘The Skin Sisters’ and wonder, are we really sisters? The answer is yes (Lauren is just 1 year older than Brooke!) We are both board-certified Dermatology Physician Assistants living and practicing medical & cosmetic Derm in Minneapolis. We’re here to share our professional skincare and Dermatology tips & tricks with you! Here’s a little more about us…

Lauren went to PA school in NYC and practiced Dermatology there for 5 years, before moving home to Minneapolis with her husband, Brad, in 2012. They now have a 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son; Lauren works part-time, spending time with her kids when she’s not in the office.

Lauren enjoys mixing cosmetic and medical Dermatology to get the best possible results for her patients. Her very favorite part of practicing Derm is helping someone to gain back their confidence; whether it’s clearing acne, improving hair loss, treating a stubborn rash, or smoothing out wrinkles with Botox.

When she’s not working, Lauren loves to play tennis (her team is competing at Nationals next month!), ski with her family, and travel – she’s headed to Sonoma next week!

Brooke worked in tech PR before going back to school to get her MPH in Maternal and Child Health and her PA degree in Washington, DC. Before moving home to Minneapolis, she lived in San Francisco, DC and Cincinnati – plus a few months in NYC sharing Lauren’s tiny studio apartment!

Brooke enjoys seeing acne patients, cosmetic patients and treating multiple members of same family. She loves the relationships she builds with her patients, through being able to treat them over a lifetime.

Brooke lives with her husband, Adam, and their goldendoodle, Hugo. She loves barre class, trying new restaurants and traveling. Her current travel shortlist includes Paris, Argentina and – going back to – Africa!
